Handmade in New York City and Puerto Rico. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some charms may vary in color and style or be replaced if unavailable. Please allow 5-7 business days for production.

PRODUCTION TIMING

We are doing our best to get your special pieces out to you as soon as we can, and if the product is in stock, our goal is to ship within 2-4 business days, if not much sooner. If the product is not in stock, please allow up to 14 business days for your pieces to be handmade. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate. 

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 1pm. EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Once in transit, delivery times are managed by the carrier and may experience delays. We appreciate your understanding. 

Domestic Shipments: We ship within the USA via US Postal and Fed Ex. All orders include delivery confirmation. We highly recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial and residential addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by UPS or Fed Ex.

International Shipments: For international orders, we ship via US Postal and Fed Ex. Customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchases are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accommodate a return for full-priced orders within 30 days of purchase. Return requests are approved at our discretion and any misuse of our Return Policy may result in denial of the return request and being blocked from making any future purchases. 

Discounted and Sale Items are non-returnable. 

Custom pieces and DIY Charms are final sale and cannot be returned.
